Workshop Methodology

Workshops are delivered as a “practice” in a series of six. Pre-work establishes a common start point for the first session.

The sessions are connected as an integrated flow to design and implement a solution inside an architecture that is beneficial for reducing cognitive load and at the same time accomodating busy schedules.

– A learning and development program that utilises a strategy deployment methodology

The sessions follow an effective approach, or pattern, that facilitates understanding, retention and application of knowledge in small chunks.

Playbooks are provided for each session. These provide practical guides for executing tasks, implementing new processes, and mastering skills effectively and efficiently.

Activity Playbooks

– Small experiments to gain processes to incorporate into your Management System

Delivery in small groups of no more than 10 promote a dynamic learning environment where participants actively engage in meaningful dialogue.

Questions & Coaching

– sharing and gaining practical tips from an experienced practitioner and facilitator

Cross industry and cross functional learning through these small networking groups foster innovation that transcends traditional boundaries.

Networking

– connecting and learning with other participants online

The Learning management System provides access to the playbooks for downloading, the recorded content for additional reflection, access to the live zoom sessions, and additional resources. All your courses and course material are in one place.
