Business Architecture

Hi there! Thank you for checking in. Organisational complexity is a set of messy relationships that gradually reduce operational efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. As a business architect, I take on the challenge of turning the complex into a coherent and simple way of looking at these relationships so that the people I work with can create strategies, and subsequent plans, that are both realised and sustainably agile.

This is delivered this through structured, small group, online workshops where the participants bring a theme and work through a solution. The current list of workshops can be found here.

I believe that to be a good business architect you have to practice it yourself. I never hired someone who didn’t demonstrate the competency I wished to acquire.

My business is a virtual production business which has a small, but still very complex, architecture. It is called Explicador Productions and if you are interested in its services check out this link. Explicador Productions Site.

I currently work across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States, with my home being in Melbourne, Australia.

As a volunteer to The Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and current conference chair of the 2025 Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, USA I am working with a great team of practitioners organising keynote speakers, workshops, tours, practitioner presentations, and of course networking events.
